instant noodles and homemade noodles

instant noodles and homemade noodles

My life doesn't seem to be far from instant noodles and homemade noodles. If only eating noodles every day was healthy, I would definitely eat these three types of noodle dishes 3 times a day alternately. I'm always willing to separate from rice.
Both have their own characteristics and the differences can be seen clearly, from the form of noodles to flavors and presentation.
The following is the difference between instant noodles and Homemade noodles.
1. The shape and texture of noodles
Starting from the shape and texture of the noodles, both types of noodle dishes actually look different. Instant noodles have the shape of thin and small noodles. Meanwhile, homemade  noodles have noodles that are not too thick and not too thin, long-sized, chewy in texture, and have a paler color.
2. Taste
Besides the noodle's shape and texture, the difference between the two types of noodle dishes is also in the flavor. Homemade noodles flavored with red onion, white bottom, complementary vegetables and chicken stew soup, so that it has a savory and sweet taste typical of Indonesia. For instant noodle soup, the taste tends to be tasteless because it uses dried spices that are preserved.
3. Topping
The difference between the two types of noodle dishes is most easily seen from the toppings. Toppings served on homemade noodles are usually in the form of diced and mustard chicken stews. But, there are some homemade noodles sellers who also often add choices of other toppings such as sown claw, meatballs, and fried dumplings. Meanwhile, the topping instant noodles are only dried vegetables.
Although different, cooking both types of noodles is the same method of boiling. Well, so that the texture of the noodles is evenly cooked and does not stick together, use the pan deep fryer when boiling it.
